At first, I was a bit bewildered by the letter and name TRAQS as I had not heard from them before. Referred by optician first, the ophthalmology which happened within a few days.
Went to see the ophthalmologist and within just a few days, again we were contacted by TRAQS. So it was a quick service. Hopefully the hospital appointment will be quick.
