About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance James Paget University Hospital / Cardiology

Last Friday my husband experienced a severe drop in his blood pressure and heart rate which resulted in him being taken firstly to James Paget Hospital to be quickly assessed and was promptly taken onto Norwich where he was taken straight to the Coronary Care Unit where he was taken to surgery to have a pacemaker fitted.

May I say that at James Paget and Norwich the response and co-ordination and brilliant teamwork of the ambulance staff and doctors were 10 out of 10! I am so thankful as is my hubby that they were there for us because I dread to think what would have happened if they hadn't been! Brilliant care! You are all diamonds!
