This morning, just like evertime I or my family need a doctors appointment, you have to call at 8:15 and keep calling repeatedly until if you are lucky you get put in a queue and when your turn comes most of the time you are told sorry all the appointments have been taken, try again tomorrow.
No matter what you say the response is the same, try again tomorrow.
It feels as if the receptionist's job is to deter people from seeing a doctor.
