Dear Anonymous

Thank you for posting your comments about your experience in our Maternity Service at Good Hope Hospital.

May I firstly congratulate you on the safe arrival of your son.

I am sorry to read that some aspects of the service you received was below the standard you expected.

So that I can look into your concerns in more detail, and highlight them appropriately, I would require some more information.

Could I please ask you to contact me at your convenience on 0121 424 0808 or by email:

marie.helebert@heartofengland.nhs.uk.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards

Marie Helebert
