"Another lovely experience in the Maternity Unit"

I recently had my second baby at Pinderfields and I had no hesitation in returning. Like last time, the midwives are just lovely. All of them are friendly, professional and personable. They are patient and take the time to explain things properly and clearly. My family who were with me were all treated well and spoken to in the same friendly manner. I had to stay in after having my baby and the care myself and my son received was wonderful - you feel genuinely cared for and supported; even though the midwives see hundreds of mums and babies come through, you don't feel like just a statistic or just another job to tick off the list. I think that is really important because it is a life-changing event even though for them they see it every day. I really appreciate all of the midwives who made my time in Pinderfields Maternity Unit so positive: you made an important but potentially challenging experience one that I will remember for all the right reasons. I recommend Pinderfields to any friends who are also expecting babies and want a fantastic support and care system for their maternity care.
