About: Birmingham Dental Hospital

I came for a evening appointment in the Restorative area yesterday. The receptionist was very polite and efficient. I didn't have to wait long, the dentist and nurse I saw were brilliant. I would recommend treatment here as the staff are world class. The hospital was a hive of activity being cleaned which was impressive considering how much the NHS has been slated in the past. The ladies toilet was the cleanest I have seen in a hospital! I used the prayer room. Compared to my last visit 12 months ago I was upset to find there was a lot of personal items and plastic bags, being stored in the cupboard and on the floor. I couldn't find my religious book as the cupboard was so disorganised. The cupboard used to store the various religious books/items of the different faiths and was always kept in a tidy condition. Please could this be addressed?

Thank you for your feedback, and I am delighted to read your positive comments about the staff you came into contact with. As cleanliness is very important, I was also very pleased to read the toilet facilities were very clean. I really appreciate you taking time to give feedback on the prayer room, and am sorry it was not left in an acceptable state. I have asked the manager responsible for the area to ensure that the room is cleaned and tidied as a matter of urgency.
