I called in Sunday morning, since NHS website says the got a walk-in centre at Royal London hospital. Basically the reception who answered the phone 5 am was so rude and hung up on me twice and gave me wrong instructions. This is a serious matter considering that people who calls in 5 am on a Sunday morning must be very ill. otherwise I would call my GP! Uneducated staff is not a good look for a hospital. This receptionist couldn't care less and didn't have enough knowledge to answer my questions. I can't help to think what would happen if someone was in a critical situation and this person answers the phone! ontop of that last time I was there in October I went to the emergency because I got assaulted. The reception forgot to register me I had to wait for two hours. When I asked them about why it takes so long when the hospital is empty they just said "oh I forgot to put you through" no apologies, worst service and worst hospital. No wonder it's empty
"Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful"
