What I liked
All the staff were very friendly and attentive and kept me in touch with what was going on at all stages from my pre-op appointment through to the care on the ward after the operation.
The 'backstage' staff on the Day Surgery unit were really good and very efficient - everything happened exactly as I was told it would (apart from the slight complication in the actual procedure hich no-one could have foreseen!)
