"absolutely disgusted with A&E"

About: Kingston Hospital

8 hours in A&E, lost my blood test, didn't get the treatment that was required, staff was a joke and even receptionist were embarrassed by how many people actually walked out without being treated, one poor lady in flood of tears with how she was treated and to top it all off I had to stay in A&E ward so they could retake my blood test and give me a blood thinning injection which I received in the morning only because my boyfriend asked why I haven't received it and was told no one mentioned it. A complaint to the hospital is also gonna be written
