"So unprofessional don't know how they past there..."

About: Highbury Hospital

Don't know how half the psychiatrists even got past Level 1 psychiatry, none of them know what there talking about and just have no clue what there doing. One doctor in particular is the worst! They couldn't diagnose a simple illness without struggle and failure. There is only one person there who does their job correctly and that's the community psychiatric nurse.

‘’Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry you are not happy with the psychiatrists you have come across. I am glad however, that the community psychiatric nurse was doing their job correctly.

We would be very interested in meeting with you or contacting you to have a chat about this to help us improve our services and to make our patients experience more positive. If you choose to get in touch, we can then speak directly to the staff who were involved in your care to try and see how we can improve things for the future.’’
