"Disgusting treatment of patients"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

My GP referred me for a scan but after 8 weeks I still have not receive any letter from the hospital. I called them today, a disgusting member of staff answered the phone and refused to give me my appointment date because I did not know my NHS number, they then spend 10 minutes making me repeat every sentence and when I ask to speak for a manager, they said the manager was unavailable.
