Agree with most of what a previous review stated: • Significant delay in obtaining an operation date through receptionists when we agreed a 2 week window with consultant- was then given a slot out of this window! • A feeling of being rushed out of the appointment • No medical notes being retained during meetings, leading to us repeating who we were, what the problems were and so on at each meeting which was ridiculous! -definitely won't be coming here again. Lack of personal care and overall didn't feel very relaxed for my operation which is in the next month.
