"Great experience"

I took my dad to the AE on evening of 1st April after the gp had advised as such due to his chest pain and the we saw in majors I believe was very thorough and made sure to check my dad's full medical history, we had accidently left out some information and they came back to double check that it was being followed up properly via the gp, they spoke to cardiology at Hammersmith for advise and a second opinion and we were transported to there, if I had to pick something which could've been better would've been the triage time, we waited 40mins for triage for a chest pain, but as someone working in a different AE I can understand it can be hard to sometime to stick to triage times, the nurse (who I can't remember the name of) was also very polite and made an effort to ask my dad about his pain and medical history and came in and out to make sure the pain wasn't getting worse
