What I liked

All staff, from porter to consultant could not have been more friendly or attentive. Doctors introduced themelves by first name only, which is a nice touch. Good attention to infection transmission - was routinely tested for MRSA twice. I recovered from angiogram amazingly quickly - incision puncture totally invisible after 5 days, and no pain or bruising whatever. All very much less traumatic than feared.

What could be improved

Even food is showing signs of improvement, although vegetables waterlogged and soggy.
