What I liked
I feel I must write to tell the doctors-anesthetists-nurses - even the tea lady how very grateful I am for the compassion and care shown to me during my recent operation. There is so much bad press written about NHS hospitals that I approached my visit with great trepidation. From the word go I was treated in an efficient and friendly manner by everyone and my fears were vanished. Thank you all so much I think you are all quite exceptional people.
