"Receptionist needed the day off!"

About: Erith & District Hospital

Visited UCC. Greeted by a member of staff who didn't make eye contact, no pleasantries, mumbled through their monologue with us and generally appeared to wish they were somewhere else. I think we were actually an inconvenience by turning up and making them have to work! It made us laugh. But after the lengthy wait which we expected, everything else went smooth. Perhaps ask your staff to have an early night if they're on the early shift next day, might make them more awake when dealing with patients turning up.

Thank you for your comments all feedback is welcome. I'm sorry that your experience on arriving was not pleasant and I can assure you that I will be speaking to all receptionists to ensure that htis situation does not happen again but I am pleased to hear that the rest of your visit was satisfactory.
