"Kindliness and understanding from nurse"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I felt my injury was too minor to visit A and E. My fears were soon dispelled. I needed an Xray and a splint followed by an appt with the fracture clinic. The department was busy but my waiting time was minimal and the care and professionalism of staff was superb.

Most important to me however was the kindliness and understanding from Miranda (nurse) who reassured and explained everything. I was in very good hands and left feeling comforted and impressed by the whole experience.

No feeling of being a nuisance! !
