"My trip to Redhill's SAU"

About: East Surrey Hospital

Got sent by ambulance by my doc. Ambulance crew cheery and reassuring. Was taken straight to SAU and during the day under went blood tests, Xray and CT scans. I was very impressed with how clean and bright the hospital looked. All the staff I met were friendly, caring and efficient. I was in a lot of pain but their professionalism made me feel a lot better. Because of the tests I had had nothing to eat all day but, when it was OK, at the end of the day one of the nurses brought me a sandwich & cup of tea and another arranged transport home for me. Very impressed by your hospital
