"Non - review"

About: Cumberland Infirmary

Was asked to call for a review appointment back in October 2014. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with my consultant's secretary to arrange an appointment, 4 letters have also gone unanswered. The nature of my condition requires 6 monthly reviews, same old reply 'can you try later, they must be busy, on their lunch.........' Despite what the management team will have you believe, the hospital is falling apart, no one is remotely interested in my care.
