What I liked

The staff new my history and and were spot on, no answering the same questions 5 times. The facilities and wards still look like new 2 years on! Most impressed

What could be improved

Directions / Maps. I did get lost a couple of times

Parking can be a struggle

Anything else?

Went in to have my broken nose to be straightened. Was there for 2 hours, in and out no waiting. My consultant took on board what I said and changed the treatment at my request. I was 110% happy with the outcome. This was the first I had been there since it opened and it is a ten fold improvement on PMH
