After suffering from very painful back pains starting on Saturday morning, till they became excruciating back pains yesterday afternoon, I went to the A@E dept, Despite the area being very busy, within minutes I was seen in the rapid assessment room and the care and attention I was given by all the staff involved was just wonderful. I was sent for a CT scan which showed a small kidney stone which will be treated. I have nothing but praise for the staff with the care, compassion, and patience that they show to everybody, and once again I say 'Hats off to the staff of Wansbeck Hospital and Northumberland NHS'.
