About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

I was recently a patient on Medical and Gynological Wards. Via A& E can't fault A& E Extremely thorough with Scans Heart , Lungs ECG , Bloods x Ray plus plus. The Staff on the Medical Ward Extremely Kind and curteous, professional. My breathing became very laboured Nurse called Doctor, nobody came! medication overlooked first evening although written up. Had to ask for Meds as they were due at 10pm, now 12.am. No bedcloths on bed other than One Sheet, cold. Day 2 kind efficient, made my own bed, asked for another blanket. Care good. My room was not cleaned between Friday eve and Sunday, other than A dry cloth to wipe around toilet and basiniNot Acceptable at all. Infection control not bring adhered to here. No liquids used to clean just dry cloths . Overall I felt the level of care was good, just needed a Lung Function Test as outpatient, was told no chance until sometime in May "hello can't breathe" thank goodness rescued well done..
