"Hotel?"

I have had the misfortune of late to have two hopsital visits to Russells Hall Hospital for stays of around two weeks. Both occasions were in the B ward of the hospital. I cannot believe anyone that has stayed there can leave a negative review, the staff, treatment, wards, in fact everything, it was faultless. I would imagine that there are many a person that have not stayed in hotels as good as this hospital, in every respect. In fact, I have invested heavily in private medical cover over the past twenty plus years, and if I knew the NHS and the treatment were this good I would not have bothered and saved myself a fortune. You all are a credit to your profession and the NHS, I just wish that your executives appreciated you as much as the public do...... Well done....
