"Acute Mental Health Team"

I have tried and tried to get help with my mental health from AMHT and they never seamed to have any time for me and just made decisions for me with out any proper assessment being made and no matter what support you feel you need to help you they never take it into account and it seams as if the staff don't think enough about the patients welfare so I would say if you are thinking of going to parklands hospital to try and get help then you need to be prepared just incase you don't hear what you want to hear or get the right help that you think you need because with parklands there is never any guarantee that you will be supported in the way that you hope for but I would say also look into other means of support just incase you don't get what you hope for from parklands but you never know you might get the support that you need from parklands but sadly not everyone does and speaking from past experience I am one of those people that never get the help that I had been crying out for but I so hope that you guys do get the right kind of support that you need because mental health problems is an illness and we shouldn't get treated any differently to other patients and I wish you all the best in getting the help that you need.
