What I liked

i was greeted by a triage nurse who i thought was exceptionally professional,she reassured me about my leg which i had cut quite deeply and could not stop the bleeding, she gave me tablets for the pain, asked me to wait back in the waiting room,i then waited for about 1 hour, i was called back in by a nurse called claire who too was extremely professional,she reassured me, treated my wound with great care, as i suffer from lymph odema not only was it bleeding but water was oozing out from the wound,she then proceeded to tape the wound to try and stop the bleeding,i was then bandaged and i can assure you i was feeling much better or rather my leg was,claire also told me all the things i should not do and i will take heed of her advice so it heals quicker.i would like to take this opportunity to say thankyou to both laura and claire for the exceptional care i received.i hope somebody lets them know how thankfull i am,as today it feels alot better than yesterday. thankyou for a great service.

nothing the service i received was first class.

please please please inform both laura and claire what a wonderful job they are doing, a real first class service, considering the pressures that these nurses are under thankyou very much.
