"Ward 28 is a shambles"

About: Leicester General Hospital

As an emergency you get a bed you never see your names on the bed board sister tells you there's some one else with your name, you arrive your ushered to triage to wait for hours on end eventually the bloods the sister told you you would be having there never materialised along with the bed eventually a Dr sees. You only to try and re insert a catheter that the hole had closed up because all the phoning you have done since it fell out never got answered until day staff turned up to be told you have to go through your gp so by now if there was any chance of re inserting it that had gone why because no one answered the phones apart from two occasions where it was picked up and promptly put down so emergency treatment never materialised along with the bed and bloods so some seven or so hours later after the first phone call I get to see registrar who gave me options of either a different route or go home of course the bed still not materialised from the sister when I seen my name on the bed board I was told someone else has your name so my emergency treatment consisted of a make do and go home with a catheter Im expected to use with the use of one hand so the surgery to replace it as it blocked and fell out never materialised along with the bed bloods and admission to to have it re inserted so I can manage it without it I carnt pee then I got told my pee was far too concentrated yeh it would be if I carnt pee naturally wouldn't it next stop infection just like last time rather than it be sorted properly hope you believe in miracles cos ward 28 relies on them.
