"visit to A&E - thank you"

I am extremely pleased with how the staff treated me at a recent visit to A&E. I had a collapsed lung, I was sent through immediately for attention and had prompt treatment. The doctors and nurses were very respectful and explained everything to me. I had to have treatment, I was scared, but it wasn't as bad as I imagined and again they explained what they were doing etc. They couldn't have done anything better. I had a follow up check today and the doctor took their time explaining things, so I again excellent service. Thank you.
