"Day Unit visit for Intermittent..."

About: Furness General Hospital

Today 27/3/15 at 11.30am I visited the Day Unit to be shown how to carry out Intermittent Self-Catheterisation. As is probably often the case I was very stressed and nervous to say the least. The Advanced Nurse...was absolutely brilliant. The nurse was so reassuring and helpful in every way. They were down to earth, a great communicator and had a really nice personality. I cannot thank them enough. 10 out of 10. Please pass on this message. Jeff
