"second knee replacement"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

On the 12th March, I had knee replacement surgery and was cared for in Ward 18. I previously had my other knee replaced in August 2014. The care that I received on both occasions by the staff of both Ward 18, and its ancilliary units has been first class. The staff were always professional, attentive and caring, and importantly all was conducted in a friendly yet professional manner. I am now recuperating at home, and I cannot thank them enough for the way that I was looked after during my stay. The staff are a credit to themselves and their hospital. Thank You

Dear Lee, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent admission to Ward 18 at Bishop Auckland Hospital. I am very pleased to hear that you had a positive experience and that you are happy with the care you received. The Trust is grateful for all feedback, positive or negative, as it means we can better understand what is important to our patients, and your very kind comments will be shared with the ward sister and matron to share with the staff.
