"making appointment"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

recently rather than sending out specific appointments the North Mid have been sending out letter asking you to call to make an appointment within the next ten days. It is virtually impossible to get through to set up the appointment as mail boxes are usually full and it is impossible to leave a message. The main appointment line is so busy that on average my friends and have to wait about 30 minutes before speaking to an operator.
