"poor reception"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

visited nhs web site for whereabouts of prestbury ward . parked in sandford lido carpark as directed by map on website, miles away from west wing where ward was. surely a map should be sent with the appointment letter. found the ward and booked in at reception, over an hour later a nurse came out asking why we had not turned up. apparently the two receptionists had failed to fill out a yellow form and place it on the counter , they were obviously more interested in planning a night out. all the time my wife was waiting with an overfull bladder for a scan . as we had overrun our time slot we could not fit in the full treatment and will now have to return . four hours there £7 parking great day .
