On 27th February I had a cataract operation on my left eye. A similar operation on my right eye was performed a couple of months ago. At the age of almost 84 my vision has returned to what it was as a teenager. I am totally overwhelmed. The courtesy, efficiency and kindness of the doctors and their staff in the Ophthalmology Department at Fotherby Ward was outstanding. I shall be eternally grateful. G.R.R.L.
