"Hospital Department name on letters sent out from..."

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Please could all appointment / cancelled appointment letters sent out from / on behalf of HRI bear the name of the department to which the appointment relates. This could help if relatives are dealing with correspondence on behalf of the patient who may have to deal with various departments. Unfortunately doctors' names do not always help to identify the department - especially if information can't be given without a password from a 'choose and book' service. Thank you.
