"A Smile Does Wonders"

Last week I went with my wife for an appointment concerning my heart condition. Everything was spot-on brilliant - We arrived at 11am, went straight to the cardiac department - smiley welcome, offered a (very good) coffee - every few minutes we were assured it wouldn't be long before we saw the doctor - nice attentive, friendly Doc who inspired further confidence - the hospital was spotlessly clean - indeed all patients seemed happy enough. As far as I am concerned the whole experience was 100% positive, thank you. Regards, John Olliver
