"Not pleased, another appointment now necessary"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Had routine eye appointment, told high pressure in eyes + would write to my GP. Phone call from TRAQS who made the appointment for me to go to: Queens Road consulting rooms, Donnington Medical Practice, Telford.

Got there and the clinic did not have eye drops to fully examine my eye!

Not pleased, another appointment now necessary.

Dear Paris534

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments relating to your recent experience with The Practice Ophthalmology Service.

As all comments on Patient Opinion are anonymous I am unable to look into the concerns you raised.

May I suggest that you contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service at Telford and Wrekin CCG who will be happy to take more information from you to enable them to speak to The Practice and find out what went wrong.

Thank you again for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention.
