"Superb care for a poorly toddler"

We could not be more pleased with the excellent and very thorough care our 20 month old daughter received recently at Good Hope. All the nurses, Doctors, the Paediatrician, Registrar and Consultant involved in her care were wonderful. They treated us all calmly and kindly, kept us informed of all developments and their thoughts on her condition. We are so very grateful for their expertise. We were never once made to feel we were bothering them, including at 3am when I called back as I was worried about a rash the baby was developing. All in all, although the experience was absolutely terrifying for us as parents, we are so very pleased with the care our daughter received and feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful health service. Thank you to everyone involved in her care and recovery.

Good Morning!

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your experience in our hospital whilst your little daughter was unwell. I will ensure that all of the emergency and paediatric team are made aware of your positive experience and thanks and I sincerely hope that your daughter is now fully recovered.

It is a frightening time as parents when your child is unwell and being kept well informed and feeling supported by the staff caring for you makes a world of difference.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is extremely valuable to us.
