"Wish all staff was as nice"

I had a Hysterosalpingogram today (24/03/15) and my consultant was was just as polite as they were 4 years ago when I had the same test done. I always remember how nice they were. Caring, very polite and very professional. I was very anxious and extremely nervous but ms the consultant and their assistant made me feel at ease and relaxed. I wasnt treated or felt as though I was being treated like animal who was being poked and prodded. Thank you so much. If only all NHS staff had people skills like them.
