"3 year old with cut to head"

About: Wharfedale Hospital

Before we visited I called through to check it was suitable to attend and that we were not going to be sent to A&E and this did take more than five minutes to initially get through to reception. There was plenty of parking and signage to minor Injuires was clear. It took just a few minutes to register then we hardly had to wait long before we were seen (waited in a very accommodating room suitable for children with lots of toys). The practitioner was friendly and after checking his cut glued it and provided the necessary information/aftercare. For my first time (hopefully last) I was happy with the care we received. We ate in the cafe and that was clean too.

Dear Anonymous

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your comments with us. I have passed these on to The Leeds General Infirmary’s Accident and Emergency department who will be very pleased with the feedback you have given about the care and service you and your son received.

They, as much as I, deeply appreciate the time you have taken to write to us.

Many thanks

Rosie
