"Excellent day care"

My daughter who has Down's syndrome had a procedure for varicose veins today. From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well. The staff were excellent with my daughter, as she was a little anxious. The day care staff, the theatre staff, the consultant , the recovery room staff and the anaesthetist were all very caring and understanding. Everywhere was very clean and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I was able to stay with her while she was waiting and I was able to accompany her too and from the theatre. NHS at it's best.
