What I liked

I have been a patient with the Neuro outpatients depart for the last 10 years & have had nothing but fantastic care & attention especially of late when I found out I was expecting, all my questions are answered & I'm never left wondering, I've been to A&E several times when I've broken bones & the care was second to none.

What could be improved

Although I am unable to drive I am driven by family to my appointments and parking can be a little tricky unless you arrive early morning or late afternoon.

Anything else?

I think I should also mention the wonderful care that my stepfather had when he contracted pnumonia & a few years eairlier when my sister had her tonsils out. Thanks Frenchay.
