What I liked

I was very well treated by all of the staff who looked after me on my recent visit to the Outpatients Department for a respiratory problem. They were very kind, courteous and helpful. The atmosphere made me feel very relaxed, and I felt that my problem was attended to both efficiently and professionally. After previous experiences with other hospitals in the Bristol area, my visit came as a breath of fresh air. My appointment proceeded on time, and I was not kept waiting unduly at any point during my visit. This hospital should be used as a model to show how patients ought be looked after.
