"Lovely hospital"

Such a clean hospital, I've only been as an outpatient recently but I'm very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff are friendly and approachable. I am always treated well and seem to have a say in decisions that will effect me. Having mobility problems it's great to have designated parking spaces for blue badge holders that are close to the hospital and unlike the general they aren't cashing in at every possible moment and charging disabled people for parking. Yes you have to wait a while sometimes but that's understandable when doctors have surgery to do across town at Southampton General. A lovely hospital!
