About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

Is a joke. I was in today with my 9 month old son, there was food on floor, there were people sat on the floor with their baby and there was a old women who was left to walk on her leg, and couldn't. There was no one to help so other patients got up to help, all in 2 hours. I was only there because I phoned 111 and they told me to go down with my son, he had to be seen with in 1 hour but 2 hours later we were still there. My son had no tea so I ask for some hot water to make a bottle. I was told they could give me cold water, I then said it had to be hot for baby bottle but was told no again because no hot drinks were allowed in the area, so we had to leave because he need his milk. Now he needs to wait to see a doctor tomorrow morning, but there is a hot coffee machine and the member of staff was sat with a cup of tea. All I need was 6oz of hot water, what a joke.
