"Well done"

About: Victoria Infirmary (Northwich)

I have visited minor injuries at Victoria a Hospital Northwich on more than one occasion. Each time I can honestly say the staff were fabulous. They were infirmative, very caring and talked to my young daughter helping her to understand what was going to happen next. they listened to me and my daughter. Any complicated breaks were sent through immediately and a consult and/doctor looks at it via the computer system. X-ray staff were great too. We also only waited about 5 minutes to be seen as they seem to run a very slick system and do not leave patients waiting

I am very pleased to read that your experiences at Victoria Infirmary Minor Injuries has been so positive. The staff work really hard to ensure all patients receive an effective, safe and personal service. I will share your comments with all the team. Many thanks. Sue Talbot-Crosby, Matron, Emergency Department
