"Distressed by care of my gran on ward 22"

(as a relative),

The service received at the hospital by the staff members such as some nurses in particular were an absolutely disgrace in many ways which was experienced by me and my family members.

The Nurses were taking care of my beloved gran who was suffering terribly for 3 days and the care provided was absolutely disappointing and distressing in a few situations. After those 3 days unfortunately our lovely gran passed away. The Nurses were doing inhuman actions such as mocking gestures and other actions towards my gran while she was in great distress and suffering immensely.

Me and my family are extremely upset, full of anger and above all distressed. Also we are scarred from this event that has taken place because of some peoples actions; care providers actions!

I do not want a reply but I want the correct service at the hospital so this doesn't happen in the future. I don't want any family to go through what we went through. So please improve the service provided immediately. I don't want anyone to go to a hospital that provides this level of care which is a complete and utter disgrace.
