"cystoscopy with botox procedure"

After previously having received this procedure for frequent urination at Lincoln County hospital in 2011, 2012 and 2013 I tried to get booked in again in 2014 using the process instructed by the consultant. Secretaries at Lincoln County obstructed this at every approach, were unhelpful, did not ring me back when promising to do so and simply kept referring me to my GP. Eventually, through my GP I got to see the consultant in mid-December. He marked my file urgent and said I should get in very soon for the procedure, he apologised for the wait and said to use John Coupland Hospital secretaries in future to get straight back into the system whenever the procedure needed to be re-done. I then eventually and only after chasing twice, got an appointment for early February. It was cancelled. two further appointments in March were also cancelled and a message on my answering machine suggested I ring Boston hospital and try and get in there. I rang Boston in early March and was offered an appointment for the procedure mid-March at Louth hospital which I accepted with alacrity. However, the confirmation in writing of the appointment has never arrived to this day. Nevertheless, the procedure went ahead, albeit a rather different way of doing things to my previous three experiences in Lincoln. No sedation for starters! That panicked me. the procedure was however very carefully explained to me, staff we very supportive and caring, the treatment was uncomfortable but bearable and it was all over and me discharged in less than an hour. So to medical and clerical staff at Boston/Louth cystoscopy teams; thank you, thank you, thank you. I am now beginning to feel the benefits of my treatment with you and you cannot know the life changing effects this has for me!
