"Thank god the Nurses know best"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

After a long day in the Hospital starting at 6am in A&E (Who were great - bless) my day’s journey ended when they found me a bed on ward 12: and I mean they found me a bed. (Thank you for that, I could hear your constant phone calls) Ward 12 took me in at 17:00 Surgery at about 8 ish – recovery well after 9 from being fully under, then I was told to go home. This decision was over turned by the nurses who looked after me so well over night as they monitored me and picked up on a high temp, which they were all over straight away. Thank you to all the staff on ward 12 and to all the Doctors

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your experience. It's extremely pleasing to hear that you had such a positive experience despite the ward obviously being very busy at the time. Please be assured that your kind feedback has been shared with the staff concerned.
