"Would rather visit anywhere else."

This 'hospital' is a sick joke. Staff either don't care or are to afraid to care. The level of incompetency astounds me. Notes are lost, tests are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. I paid to see Cardiologist privately and was informed I have Arrhythmia which is rather serious. I waited for over four months for heart monitor and tilt test as was informed by the latter technician that they couldn't see who had referred me for this test. I have since been informed by my GP that according to the notes sent from Hospital I 'failed' to attend to have the heart monitor fitted...this is clearly not true. I attended Bodmin Hospital for fitting of monitor and Treliske Hospital removed the monitor on day of Tilt test. What on earth is happening here? I could understand the lack of movement on this if I had say an ingrowing toenail, but I have a heart problem and nothing is being done. I am totally disgusted and to be honest, have no faith in this Hospital now. I was airlifted by helicopter in August of last year and was discharged in very early hours of morning, no way of getting home and without any clothing due to clothes being cut off in Resussitation (totally understand). Is this really the way the NHS is going? Heaven help us if this is the level of competency in this 'system' now. I've tried to complain, but have been met with closed doors and deaf ears....am now seriously contemplating contacting my Solicitor.
