"A&E staff need manners and respect"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

After receiving call our son and daughter in law were in crash on motorway we rushed to A&E both luckily not to badly injured were told to wait by Triage area so we sat there (bowl of sick on floor) To then be told to move by receptionist so a drunk could have the area to himself ?? Waited in main area to be told could go wait near cubicles in corridor .After going round there stood out of way for some pompous nurse to tell us to wait by the main area .Our son was injured waiting to be seen sat where the triage nurse told him to tells him he wont be seen there and must listen for his name in another part of A&E not in a nice way. Do these staff not realise they had just been in collision with a 40 ton truck how shock affects people ?? Or is it a case of your not drunk or stoned so speak to you like dirt . The security were watching us non stop, receptionist ignorant and nurses attitude pathetic . Before anyway says its A&E on a Friday night we were not there for the fun of it we were there for a very serious reason absolutely disgusted by the place
