Total waste of time. Seen once, had mri scan, consultant called and admitted they hadn't read my file. Sent back to GP with no treatment. Complained about this (and that letters were sent to a GP who wasn't mine), and promised an answer in December. Wrote in January, promised an answer... but nothing. Really poor practice all around.
